Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have a website--www.curriculumexpress.com (a woocommerce theme on Word Press) and are looking for someone to customize the design for us so it is better optimized, more intuitive and has a nicer look and feel.

The only design element we need to keep is the logo.

Our primary aim is to get the value proposition at the top of the page. I am thinking this means that we need to design the header but we will accept better options as well.

We also need to design an internal landing page template optimized for both computer and mobile users so that when an individual clicks on an ad, they come to a page that answers those important questions of who are they? Why should I buy from them? and what do they offer?
