Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a company offering “transport services” for people transportation like limousines, taxi services, private chauffeur, shuttle service. The client has already an idea like using wings with his initials MK in the middle. The name of the company is MK Way.
In the drawing the client has drawn his full name, we advised him to add this below. So in the logo we would only use “MK” with a circle.
We want a square log but also a horizontal for the website. http://demo.goodlayers.com/limoking/ The website itself will have a blue color, but logo should have a golden look, like the example we added from another logo

Please provide the logo in AI editable format, also a vertical and horizontal logo we will use for the website.
