Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a general construction contractor in South Florida. Our company name is Waypoint Contracting, Inc. Please see uploaded files for the two concepts we are looking for. We want one sample with something that looks like building construction inside the pin drop and one with the "W" for Waypoint inside the pin drop. The attached files are concepts only. We would like to keep the concept and general color scheme of the attached (blue pin drop symbol and gray letters). The colors need to be legible in both white and black backgrounds. What we are really looking for is a logo similar to the attached files that provides a "modern industrial" look through the use text style and effect. We are also very interested in a hybrid of the two attached concepts where inside the pin drop there is building construction (maybe an outline or silhouette) in the background and the "W" for Waypoint is also inside the pin drop but in from of the building construction.
