Cheers to You! is a new online liquor gift business launching soon in the major Australian capital cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra.

Customers will be able to purchase gifts of beer, wine, spirits and ultimately, food hampers, as gifts for their colleagues, customers, family and friends.

The Cheers to You! logo needs to evoke visually, a celebratory tone, with a relaxed posture that doesn't appear to take itself too seriously but it neither alienates customers of a more conservative temperament.

While Cheers to You! is mindfull of the need to attract female customers, the brand needs to compellingly communicate to men, so the color palette needs to reflect this dual target market. Additionally, while it may seem obvious to some to include the visual metaphor of the "ching ching" of two champagne glasses, this kind of metaphor may well alienate some of the target market - we aim to sell beer and spirits as well as wine and champagne......

Esentially, the logo needs variuosly to communicate these messages: "you rock!" - "you're awesome" - "well done" -"thanks" and "i love you."


In conclusion, we are looking to establish a prominent national brand, so this brief will suit designers looking for quality work that will be the highlight of their portfolio :)
