Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need a logo for a new company that will deliver a fully self served SaaS solution for setting up a career site (employer branding) including a "traditional" job board.

For now, company is B2B. We will get employers to create their own career sites, post their own jobs. But in time it will also be B2C since we aim for an overall service goal to simply match jobseekers and employers (and vice versa).

Name is Employally. With words Employ, Loyal and Ally in the name, we can also communicate some core values. These words also apply to colors blue and green, so eventually that could possibly be used.

We aim mostly for a corporate look, but with a small portion of coolnes over it. But we could also go for a fully corporate logo design, and let the communication handle the coolness instead.

Logo should be in letters. We would also like a graphic either before or after, this could be an E in a box/cicle or by it self.

Attached are an example made by a designer. Unfortunately he had to skip the project, so we need help from you :-) This first design is too loose, too much dunkin donuts. We would, as mentioned, like to have a more corporate look, less bold, more sharp edges. But ideas with highlighting words are great. This should, by the way, only be used in other cases such as marketing materials etc. The logo we are looking for, is the overall main logo.
