Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We are an investment management/private equity buyout fund. The fund will invest money by buying small companies in Western Europe and assisting them in transitioning to a sustainable future and to growth.
We would like to develop a distinctive logo for this fund.
Private equity as an industry is quite conservative and almost exclusively B2B. We need a logo which will look reassuring to investors and to target firms, while conveying an immediate sense of credibility and professionalism. Consumers and individual investors are not a target of the company.
As you will see most of them have fairly to extremely conservative logos.
At the same time, we are distinguishing ourselves on several fronts from the average buyout fund, and we are much smaller, so our logo could be slightly more modern and agile than the industry average - but conveying credibility is extremely important. And the name should appear in the logo.
The logo will be primarily used on the fund’s website and corporate stationery (business cards, letterhead, templates, email signatures, etc.). Ideally, the logo should use a typeface which is either free for commercial use, or can be licensed at limited cost. This would allow us to use the font in our deliverables.
We have a strong preference for monochrome logos or at least logos that can be easily printed in B&W. The use of a conservative colour (dark red, navy, green, ... ) in a distinctive hue would be a plus.
