Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a mediaton office in the Netherlands.
This what we do:

We help people who intend to end their relationship/marriage through a divorce or separation. Almost all couples struggle with the divorce process. They often are not on speaking terms, argue alot and disagree with each other about the division of their assets or how to continue the care for their childeren. We help couples to find a solution for these problems by giving them space to talk about their emotions and to listen to each other and utimately to find a mutually accepted solution on how to divide the assets and how to organise a share care for their children. In order to support an open communication we create a safe surrounding and the communication is guided towards finding solutions rather than focussing on the problems.

We believe it is very important to have couples find their own mutually accepted solution because then couples will be much more able to follow up on it and they will be able to continue with their lives as quickly as possible and to put all the disagreements behind them. The alternative is going to court and that will cost much more time, alot more money and creates more emotional loss. So avoiding going to court is one of our motivations, but finding middle ground for a solution that is acceptable for both parties, is equally important.

Once a couple has come to a mutually satisfactory solution we will put the agreements reached in a written convenant to be signed by both parties. The convenant can be used as a official document because it is written by a lawyer and formalised by both parties.

The second service we offer;

Helping couples who are at the beginning of a relationship or plan to get married to create the above described agreements in advance. So called prenups. We support the communication of the wishes of both partners and help them find the best fitting prenuptial agreements. Finaly it will be all written in a official document that can be updated on an annual basis if needed.al convenant for them.
