Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for our home medical equipment company called All-States Medical Supply. After doing some in-depth research about what our clients want and need from us, we know we want our logo to focus on our customer service. We take care of people. We want our customers and their caregivers to feel safe with us and feel that we are a reliable company that will deliver their medical supplies in a timely manner. People love that they can call us and that we are there for them.

Our main product line is diabetic glucose testing monitors for Diabetic patients on Medicare, but we also sell other types of products like therapeutic shoes and back braces. We service patients nationwide but our offices are in North Carolina where we have some local services as well. Our median customer age is 78 years old.

Our main product line is Diabetic testing supplies for Medicare patients. The median age for our customers is 78. Most do not have computers much less email addresses. These are simple people. They get confused easily.

We also cater to the caregivers for these patients. These are usually their spouses (same age), their children (baby boomers), or healthcare workers.

  *We are open to any colors, but the logo needs to look good in black and white as it is faxed and copied often. Sometimes faxed back and forth 3 or 4 times.
  *Memorable
  *Logo should be able to include the tag line if needed. Our tag line is "Home Health Products From People Who Care. "
  *Not too complicated as our demographic is an older population, many of whom do not have computers or email.

  *We would love to have some kind of story or deeper meaning in our logo that is not obvious like http://webdesignledger.com/inspiration/15-logos-with-hidden-messages This would be great, but not a requirement.
  *In the past, we had a map of the USA as part of our logo, we understand that keeping the states may help transition to a new logo more easily for our demographic, but we are interested in seeing a completely new design moving away from the states. Either way is fine.
