Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a retail beef business. It is family business that raises the beef from pasture to plate We need something simple that is easy to print on labels, cards, flyers, bags and boxes. We would like to incorporate the Bell L brand into it. I have uploaded a copy of the brand that we would like to use and a couple of quick sketches of something similar to what we are looking for. We would like it in black and white and also the same one in red.
