Unable to submit the design as the Project is in Draft mode

New to DesignCrowd could you please let me know what you mean by "darft mode" ?

Hi,
If a project is in Draft mode, designers cannot submit any designs.
please reach out to Designcrowd helpdesk to make the project "open" for submissions
