Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
Our aesthetic medical practice (skin treatments, laser and device treatments and non-surgical anti-ageing treatments) in Melbourne Australia, is moving to our new building under construction in late stages and we need a rebrand and fresh new look and identity that reflects our Italian (Sicilian) aesthetic and style.
Our new clinic architecture is modern and sleek with minimalist design - there will be high level finishes and detailing without bling or glitz. State of the art facilities and technologies will provide the latest in treatments.
Dr Francesco Barbagallo is the founder and principal practitioner. He is a caring cosmetic physician who performs natural-looking and effective dermal improvement and anti-ageing treatments in a safe, medical environment with his team of dermal therapists.
Our target niche audience is the discerning professional or business woman who is 40 year old plus, and desirous and affording to undergo treatments to improve visible signs of ageing that are affecting their self esteem and self confidence in their workplace. Of course, we treat all patients of both sexes, from adolescents with acne, adults with skin conditions like rosacea, sun damage and pigmentation disorders through to the elders with advanced skin ageing.
The biggest fear of our niche is undertaking any aesthetic treatments that leave them looking unnatural, fake or frozen faced in any way.
We want to convey personalised service and attention with expert medical and individual care.
We have thought of perhaps using the graphic symbols of the Golden Ratio (and Greek letter Phi) that is important in facial aesthetics assessment, or the Sicilian trinacra, but are not fixed on any particular approach or idea.
Our current colours are a very medical/clinical and classic navy blue and lighter blue with white, and use 'normal person' human faces as images (not stylised cheesy grin, smiling 'models'). Our current look incorporates stock photo faces of different age groups, but our future communications will be to our target niche only. The image of the lady in her 40s may be retained in our materials.

The winning entrant may be asked to develop further designs for stationary, brochures, signage, and web applications.
