T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I represent a startup T-shirt and clothing brand and we are initiailly looking for new T-shirt designs. I'm not at liberty to give you the logo, as we are waiting for the trademark. However the brand name is DNA.

We have a different UPS to other brands but we still need to compete with a similar designs to that of SuperDry, Billabong, Quiksilver etc. While these brands have their own themes, we want to play on our own while still having the diversity to expand into other styles.

Your designs
We do not believe that the theme of 'Deoxyribonucleic acid' or DNA actually works, but the idea of being unique is very strong. So please, no DNA strand designs. However if you have an idea, please submit a scamp for us to consider before you put too much effort in.

We have been playing around with an Ice Hockey League design called 'Ice Puckers League'. See the attached ideas. This hyperthetical league could have designs from 70's to present day. The design should reflect the era. We're not too keen 'skaters'. These just looks like clip art, but I'd be happy for you to prove me wrong.

We are also like retro automotive and automotive services designs but we are aware that these have been done before.

We would be interested to see aviation and passenger flight designs. The old BOAC has given us some inspiration.

We are also looking a circus and clown designs. Retro circus posters. We haven't created anything yet ourselves and we haven't been able to find a clown that we like. We are looking for a 'spooky' clown within the circus poster. The clown should look normal but with a suspicious or guilty look on his face. Maybe even smiling but with a knowing secret. Not scary or evil. I have uploaded a picture or the kind of clown we're looking for but within a poster scene and maybe looking directly at you.

If you can integrate a 'Britishness' to the design that would be great. But don't force the issue.

Reduced colour designs are good for the printing process, so please consider this, but all designs are welcome.
