Please tell me the size of the flyer

The flyer will be a standard size 11 x 17 and I will need it scaled down to 8.5 x 11 for the book and scaled down again to a 4-6 for a postcard. Hope this helps, thanks!!

yes, photoshop works, I am sure my printer has that program but I am also going to need a pdf and a jpeg that I can post on my website and send as an email. Thanks for all your work and attention to detail!
