Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new small metal fabrication business in rural NSW, Australia.

The business (Davies Metalcraft) is owner operated by a man with the initials TD - much of the branding comes from this name.

Davies Metalcraft designs, engineers, repairs and manufactures a range of custom, quality metal works including vehicle trays, agricultural machinery impliments, trailers, wood splitters, fire pits, furniture etc.

The brand position focuses on custom work of the highest quality. The initials TD need to be used in a creative and industrial/metal theme (as an image) in the logo followed by the words Davies Metalcraft. We would like the TD to be used independently in the long run.

Happy to have the logo with words either beside the TD or underneath (in different applications). both words should be in caps.

Open to incorporate industrial/metal theme images if advantageous to the design.
Straight lines are preferred over curves in design

The words Davies metalcraft should be to the right or below the TD image and have a unique font - perhaps something with an italic style without lessening the quality feel?

NO orange or blue in design please.
LOVE some colour - anything other than those.

Prefer to see two uses of the same logo. The first would be the 'stacked' version with the TD image on top, the word Davies in the middle and the word 'metalcraft' underneath that. The second (horizontal version) version would be the word Davies above the word metalcraft with the TD image on the left.

Like the font in the word 'davies' and 'metalcraft' to have no çurves' but the outline in straight lines.
