T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a cool, creative take on this design. Keywords are predominantly masculine approach without "militarization", clean and to-the-point colors. The main file is not too far from what we are looking for, but it (obviously) lacks the pro touch, and please feel free to interpret it. Bitmap-style must be eliminated by 100% smoothening of lines / vectorizing, industry standard results.
Please note: the extended "drawing board" lines from the tail and other places to be erased. Color filling of tyres etc at designers discretion.
