Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our current brochure is dated. It has too much information hence the key messages are getting lost. Key messages: one stop shopping or turn key services for hotel renovations; cheaper and quicker to renovate. The only art work that cant be changes is the logo. Using the material in the brochure, create a more concise message to clients while still informing them of all the services we do. Need to update color scheme to match the logo. Would like to have a few examples of renovation we have done and possibly a listing of hotel brands we have worked on.
