Task:
Create a 5K race t-shirt design

Task description:
We are an entrepreneurial healthcare IT company that is launching our 1st annual 5k run/walk.

We need one (1) unisex (gender neutral) t-shirt design for a tank top (sleeveless) styled shirt. The print area should be no more than 10 inches wide (left to right) and 11 inches tall, but not required to take up the entire space.

We will be printing on one side in two colors. Our 4 primary colors are White, Dark Blue – PMS 295C (hex color is 002855) – this dark blue is consistent across all of our brands (products and DrFirst), Blue - PMS 300C (hex color 005CB8), and Orange – PMS 1655C (hex color EF5423)

The goal of the 5k race is to encourage employees to connect together and be more active and healthy.

Some concepts that we would like to see are:
• Our logo creatively incorporated into the design
• Healthcare Guardian cartoon super hero characters
• Anything that indicates iconic healthcare concepts using stock images (example stethoscopes, heartbeat monitoring, pills, prescription bottles, computers, iPhones, etc. [examples attached for meaning. Not required to use these exact icons])
• The feeling of being tough, strong, healthy, and modern.
• Please avoid cutesy, overly playful designs.
It is important to emphasize these words on the shirt (using a variety of fonts will increase aesthetic/visual appeal)
• “DrFirst 1st Annual 2017 5K Run or Walk”
• “Defending Health. Guarding Happiness.”
• “#worksomewhereawesome"

We have included the pictures of the 3 tank top styles so that you can use to show us how you see the design laying out. The tank top color is Black.

We will begin giving feedback on designs on Sunday, and will give you an opportunity to tweak concepts over the next 2 days. We will choose a final design on Tuesday – and we will guarantee payment.
