Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a modern and edgy logo design for a new electrical contracting company based in Melbourne, Australia. The company is called ProWired Electrical.

The color combinations that I like are the following:
1. Orange, Charcoal/Slate Grey, White
2. Fluro Green, Charcoal/Slate Grey, White
3. Ocean Blue, Charcoal/Slate Grey, White

The main color of the contractors uniform will be charcoal and incorporate one of the above color combinations.

I'm leaning towards a 3D modern logo that is not your normal flat logo but I would like to see 2D designs also to make a final decision.

I have attached images of logos that I like and the contracting uniform color. I like the look of the modern Power On symbol so if this could be incorporated in the wording or logo to allow me to make my final decision but open to suggestions.

Please don't limit your designs to only the photos and images that are attached as I am open to any designs and for you to push the boundaries and be new, modern and edgy.
