Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Company name is PayExpert - Compensation & Benefits (Title - Subtitle); it will focus on the Italian labour market.

The company offers HR consulting, especially: salary benchmarking, compensation policies, benefits, reward strategies, HR services, etc.
The society works in a two-sided market: provides a web service to internet users for looking for compensation data about their job position (average salary, pay range, etc.) and offers human resources consulting services to the business sector (direct advice, reports, fact sheets, online tools, etc.).

The business model is similar to Salary.com and Payscale.com: looking at these websites, you can get an idea of what will be PayExpert.

The logo should reflect both sides of the market: it must be attractive for users who enter the site and must be sufficiently serious to attract the professional and business sector.

We already have some ideas related to color and type of logo but we would like to have new innovative solutions from you, so do not focus only on our suggestions.
The colors could be dark orange and light blue (the colors of Modzilla Firefox to give you an idea).
The logo may be similar to P (parking symbol).
