Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a new design /construction / real estate business in the Baltimore / Washington D.C. area. This business deals in a few aspects of construction, focused on design, in both commercial and residential fields along with real estate. I would like the logo to have a somewhat modern look and feel, very clean, simple and communicate trust, teamwork, responsibility, industry expertise yet young and fresh to the viewers. If that's even possible. There will be three business under the umbrella company, which is North End Design & Build, so I will need to be able to work the slightly different names into the same logo. The Logo should focus on the 'North End" name allowing the rest of the text, in this case "Design & Build" to fit in nicely.

Our target market will be educated suburbanites 35-60 years old. People with families and children, business owners and professionals of all varieties typically in higher income brackets.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• The must haves are an awesome logo with the ability to add different phrases to the end of "North End" seamlessly, and as design is a big part of this business the logo must be visually pleasing. I will also need this logo to be easily transferred to letterheads, clothing, a website and so forth.

Schön zu haben

• Nice to haves would probably be some color.......maybe. I so love very clean, simple, black and white look and feel to things but I also see some logos with color that I do like. I've attached some of those to this project. The colors I'd prefer are any shades of black, white, grey and blue. I'm a big fan of blue and then also very bright colors used tastefully such as a bright, loud orange used very sparingly.

• Anything loud, silly, immature, funny, country, cheap or overly colorful.
