We love our existing logo. See attached below. We need it modified. We want the words in the same font, but thicker type. The symbol needs to change. We need the symbol to reflect that we are in real estate (house). We want to communicate being part of the 'hub', a place to go for all your real estate administration and accounting needs. We want our audience to feel relaxed - so a straight square house structure is not what we want. We want it to flow and feel relaxed, professional and simple. (see House logo symbol 1 and 2 for ideas) - use your creativity here - that's just what came to mind - PLEASE THINK DIFFERENTLY...we want to stand out from anything else out there.....BE BOLD.

The symbol needs to be on the left hand side of the text, not in the middle.

Essential that the symbol can be used on its own as the profile picture in social media (particularly Facebook LinkedIn Twitter)

The full logo (that has the symbol and business name) needs to be professional, smart, simple and relaxed. We need the full logo to be used on our banner pages, e books, letterhead, business cards etc.

We require jpeg, png, gif, pdf and the original ai file.

We want the colours on our website - charcoal/grey and the blue but they are not striking enough on social media and letter head etc - it looks a bit dull.

We wont be re doing the website, so it has to fit in with the colour scheme -

• Please show logo a few ways:
• 1.symbol only in charcoal background and light blue colour (happy for beach colours to be used) - square set
• 2. symbol and text (full logo) in charcoal background, light blue writing (again happy for any other beach colours to make it standout)
• 3. full logo in white background and existing logo colours
