I don't understand , if it is an open project then why people asking for tel no & email address ? If you are capable with your design the Project owner can contact you directly after seeing your design. What does it mean for asking the tel no & email address ?????

Plz confirm this project is open for all or you select the designer to talk personally.

That's very strange !!!!!!!!!! becz everything is already mention in the brief. I think you need to read the details.
