Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need logo design for new business based in Sydney. The business is a consulting business working in the areas of leadership, culture and change (hence the "LCC").

I don't know if it will work as part of the logo itself, but the tagline will be "Your partners in Leadership, Culture and Change". If that doesn't work with the logo, the tagline could be abbreviated to "Leadership | Culture | Change", but these words somehow need to be in the logo.

Our preferred clients will be public sector (government) organisations and larger corporate organisations, so the logo needs to be corporate rather than "gimicky".

I would like the logo to feature the colour blue in some way, perhaps also grey or black. As long as it has some element of blue, I am happy for designers to consider other complementary colours.

It would be good to have a logo that can be represented in both landscape/portrait formats and that is readable if it needs to be reproduced quite small (as on business cards).

Our consulting services all relate to managing people, so it could be good to have that represented in some way. We work with clients to improve the capability of their leaders, to improve workplace culture in order to improve their results, and also help them manage the "people-side" of change (restructuring, improving communication, training etc...). It's all about improving results, moving forward, building engaging workplaces, people, teams etc..,
