After careful evaluation and considering your attempts we have finalized what we are looking for in the logo.

We want a graphic logo that combines the concept of security (shield) with an animal with meaning - so it is easier to relate to. We chose the Phoenix because it flies and rises from the ashes. The key is to have a slight dis-symmetry otherwise a phoenix+shield looks too much like the mid-evil times, and the phoenix needs to be kept to a minimalist style or it wont be easy to print or recognize.
