Sorry, the words unsure and open has nothing to do with the Logo. It means I am unsure what to put in the Logo.

"open" means I am open for suggestions as there is nothing definitive that I must have in the logo.
Therefore I do not want the words unsure or open in the logo. Hope that answers your question.
I would just like the logo to relay the meaning of the business name:
