size is 10'' wide by 11'' tall, like a mini calendar that has the fold at the top and the opening at the bottom

the text slides was a way to provide the wording that I would to deliver.
if you can create a brochure that has a fold at the top and opens from the bottom

that is my main focus

I like where you are going with this, can you put an image on the top of the page and the text on the bottom of the page

when you are holding the marketing piece, it should be 10'' wide by 5.5'' tall, after you open the cover page, then it becomes 10'' wide by 11'' tall

the top page is an image and the lower page is the message..

so when you view it you see a picture and then text

the front cover should have the logo image -
