Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a flyer design in standard 8.5x11 format. One side full-color design. I am an agent and will be using this flyer to promote to Skilled Nursing Centers on the Value of working with an insurance agent. I'm looking for an eye-catching flyer that draws the readers attention to the value added services I provide.

The two focus products providing the services are: 1)Senior Dimensions and 2)AARP Medicare Complete.

• -High rated MAPD plans result in Higher Capitation rates for Skilled Nursing Homes
• -MAPD plans come with MyAdvocate to help lower-income Medicare patients get help through 2,000 different community assistant programs.
• -All paperwork is handled by the agent. Usually done in 30 mins and patients plans start the very next month.
• -All Medicare patients entering a Skilled Nursing Center are eligible to make any changes needed to their Medicare benefits upon entering the Skilled Nursing Facility.
• -MAPD plans offer a personal case manager for their patients when they leave the Skilled Nursing Home.
• -Patients Benefits included in our MAPD plans: 24hr Nurse Hotline, $200 per year credit for Over-the-Counter items, Chiropractic and Acupuncture Coverage, $0 copay Eye Exams, 2 Dental Cleanings per year. Virtual Doctor Visits, House Call Coverage, $0 monthly premium.
