Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new company based in Poznań in Poland called "BE-IN". We design services, products, communication and culture for financial sector (insurance companies, banks etc.) in co-creation process. We help companies to create innovative solutions for their firms. Our work is always based on customers' needs, behaviors, experience and emotions. The process includes:
1) research and exploration
2) interdisciplinair teams
3) brain storming
4) prototyping & tests.
Our main role is to moderate the groups so they can create innovative solutions for themselves.
The final design should communicate that we are inspiring, brave, giving a freedom.
I have no idea how the logo should look like so just surprise me with something new and fresh :). Definitely it should be different from logos of financial companies in Poland.

Be-in may be attached to different words for example Be - in novative, Be - in spired, Be - in touch.
