Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a modern combination logo to support a professional tree management business.
Our business carries out tree planting, pruning and consultancy work.
We deal with both residential and commercial clients.

I HAVE UPLOADED LOGOS THAT I REALLY LIKE.

The logo should;

Be simple, modern and maybe 3D
Be provided as a vector image with its source file
Be simple using only green and black/brown
Contain the words 'Tree Management' next to or beneath the logo. The word 'Tree' should be in bold or a different colour to 'Management', similar to the 'Tree Kit' logo I've uploaded.
The actual logo would ideally include a tree, I like the idea of having roots in the logo but not if it makes it a complicated image.

The logo and the text should not be joined together in anyway, so I can separate them in later projects if I need to.

The logo will be used on my website, as a letter header and on clothing.
