We need a logo design for a Real Estate Development Company based in the Philippines. The name of the company is Euro Towers International, Inc. (ETII). Started only 2 years ago, the company currently has 3 on-going Hi-Rise Condominium Projects that are Mixed-Use (Retail/Commercial, Residential, Hotel & Office).

The company's core activity is the development of residential projects at premium locations. While pricing is affordable, the quality of the units (including. amenities) are bench-marked with premium high-valued competitors.

The Company's Mission Statement is "To enable more people to enjoy and experience world class urban living, providing the best combination of comfort, accessibility and affordability. We shall revolutionize industry practices and standards by creating a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional professionalism, setting new benchmarks that go beyond client expectations."

We are looking for a design that incorporates the color green. Designers can play up to 3 colors/shades.

The Logo should evoke the following:
A. We are a Large, Stable and Reliable company.
B. Our products (condominium units) are Well-Designed, World-Class and Aspirational.
C. Purchases of our products are Good Investments.

The Logo must be applicable not only for printed collaterals but also for large 3D signages such as for building tops.

The company believes in Feng Shui.
