Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Looking for a LOGO for my new business, a pediatric occupational therapy consulting business. I want the OT in motivate to stand out (can be in different color, graphic, capitlaization, however) as that is short for occupational therapy. Would maybe even like to no have to use the words Occupational Therapy in the name and just let it be mOTivate Coaching & Consulting. Looking for professional and sleek, but also kid friendly. I work with children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, etc. I want something that implies strong but nurturing. Hands/fists are a symbol of my profession but don't necessarily have to have that in the logo, just an idea. I'd like to leave it open ended from there so as not to stunt creativity, but def available for questions if need a better understanding of what I do.
