T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are an employee association at the US Embassy in Port Louis, Mauritius. We need an updated graphic that will be used on polo shirts sold to embassy staff and visitors. The image will be embroidered on the shirt, not larger than 3"x3".

Where we're located: Mauritius is an island in the Indian ocean famous for being the (former) home of the dodo; it has great beaches, rare stamps, tons of sugarcane (and therefore rum), and an impressive mix of cultures.

Our graphics usually have some combination of the US flag, the Mauritian flag and a dodo - though we're told the current one looks like a plucked chicken (hence the need for a new design!!).

Zielmarkt/( -märkte)

These are for adult working professionals who have been all around the globe. They like to have a souvenir from the locations they visit...and a traditional souvenir is a polo shirt that they can wear at their next location, showing off where they've been.

Graphics on these polos should be interesting and fun, but work appropriate.

• The words "American Embassy" (or "US Embassy") and "Port Louis" and "Mauritius"
  
  An image identifiably Mauritian (which is usually a dodo, could be a stamp or a sugar plantation chimney stack...but we'll probably stick with the dodo)
