Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need an engaging and smart website design for ATSEARCH Crowd recruitment. We are young innovative IT recruitment company. We have deep expertise in all IT & digital areas and using crowdsourcing to search the best market candidates faster than ever.
Our mission: to connect people and organizations interests, inspiring each other and enabling together reach better results.


We would like the design to be personalized, emotional, yet simple and neat. It should focus on the person with a problem which we solve.

Reading the site customers should feel safe and confident that atsearch is the trusted partner and everything we do is a quality product.

We also focus on long term relationship with our clients.

We have 4 products:
IT Recruitment – professional recruitment of candidates in IT and digital areas
IT RPO – candidates research process outsourcing(RPO) - provision of resume pools for the client
IT HR Academy – training, seminars and networking events for HR professionals from IT and hi-tech companies
HR Dashboard – a tool for data visualization in nice and interactive dashboards. It pulls data from different corporate sources (SAP, Oracle, excel, etc.). It looks like a dashboard, on which there are several graphs or diagrams with HR and business KPIs(key performance indicators)
