Print-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi,

(This is no bookcover-design.)

I need help with a book design - a few pages that will go as a proposal to a publishing company.

The project has three segments.
1. One is the story of the person behind it (its a sad story that ends well - I have replaced it with Lorem Ipsum) and,
2. the second is a cookery-segment with recipe and,
3. lastly a table of contents for the same.

The right order in the book would be to start with:
1. Table of contents (I upload two files - the one in Swedish is the one to choose. The other is for you to know what it is)
2. The story. The Lorem Ipsum text.
3. Lastly the main part - cooking-recipe. Here you see boxes with one line of text for a future picture. You can just think about the leave space, for a later inserted picture.

Would like a modern look - but still a touch of a classic cookery-book. Please give examples of page layout in the three segments. Also think about the design of the books figures in the corner. Feel free to act upon it.
I am sorry Im in a hurry with this project - but please do not come back with a proposal made in 15 min. It will not go thru.
