Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for an upcoming conference that focuses on training people in our area for activism promoting diversity and inclusion.

The logo can mostly be text treatment, but I'd like something that indicates "ocean" because this is specifically for the central Oregon Coast.

The event is called
PLACE
Preparing Local Activists for Community Engagement

If you can make something big enough to also incorporate our tagline that would be even better! We'll be using this as a header on our website. The tagline is:

An innovative all day training coming to Newport, Oregon on May 20, 2017.

• Something that indicates ocean or a wave. It can't be a sunny beach, as that isn't what the oregon coast is like. It can be a beach, but google photos of the Oregon coast to get an idea.
