Is that must all the designs supposed to be created in ipad specifically or we can use the creative software ?

You may use any kind of software you want...or you can use actual finger paints and take a photo of it. It should look like a five year old child did it!

Optimally are you looking for a high res photo like the examples that you have submitted or simply the "fingerpaint" artwork? Either is possible...I want to make sure that I present exactly what you are looking for :).

Either one is fine. Optimally, the high res photo like the examples would be best. I should have mentioned also, that the finger painting....needs to look like a 3,4 or 5 year old did it!

Well, think a 4 year old child would leave it white....and maybe put in a sun...or a small bright flower....or a teeny caterpillar :-)
