Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hey designers! We need you to take the first letters of our name--"PVCF" (Pioneer Valley CrossFit)--and turn them into a cool logo. We are a CrossFit gym, so it should be high energy, but not over-the-top aggressive. For inspiration look at Van Halen's logo (http://bandlogos.files.wordpress.com/2011/09/van_halen_logo_wallpaper.jpg), and those of Lynyrd Skynyrd (http://www.metaltraveller.com/images/lynyrd_skynyrd/lynyrd_skynyrd_logo.jpg), Boston (http://api.ning.com/files/F75q*y02ez5-pQVv0yswb43Qypx3mBIJp*IeVgrGk850kXxVeyG6svy42n8ih3aQ5FH0w4rEfOHHJOwIzZSoCQ__/logo_music_boston_transparent.jpg), and the game Rock Band (http://adamfaragalli.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/rock-band-logo-rock-band.gif).

We'd like the logo to be based on the attached sketch. Of course, from there, it's your job to make it cool, so feel free to add ornaments as you see fit. Our colors are blue (RGB 0, 1, 119), gold (255, 185, 1), and white. The final design should convey high energy, precision, and professionalism. We'll need it in Illustrator and .eps formats.
