Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am newer home builder in the Edmonton area (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada). We specialize in infills - new homes in older/mature neighbourhoods. The homes are typically very modern, unique, trendy etc.

Overall I'd estimate my business is 70% infills, 20% developing legal basement suites for existing home owners so they can rent their basements and provide a quality product to tenants, and 10% is new homes in the suburbs.

I would like the logo and business card to reflect the line of work we do, especially the infill aspect of it. Again I want the logo to try and reflect some or all of the terms: modern, unique, quality, passion.

I've been working on some slogans for my company so please feel free to incorporate them if they help:
