Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo/symbolism that represents the main title 'House, land, Love and Money' to be put on the book cover in place of the house/land/heart/dollar sign i show.

This is a book about real estate development of houses.

My image attached is my attempt, but i want something more professional and iconic and look at what other designers come up with. either one symbol or four as i have done it (m y idea is it sort of represents suits of cards but dont let that restrain you - i am open to all ideas).
The colors must standout against the book cover colour green/turquoise. I need format with transparent background.
