Due to the fact this business model has never existed in the healthcare temporary staffing space, the design must communicate why it is actually different than the current model. This difference is like Uber eliminating the need for taxi companies, this model eliminates the need for nurses and doctors having to go through a third party agency. Any graphic must convey this new paradigm.
