I am not clear with the pages templates and brochure... is it a B-fold brochure (with 4 pages) or you need separated 4 pages with each category on it?
Please advise.

Sorry for the confusion. It should be 4-5 separate pages (templates) or like a booklet. There was no choice for a "presentation" on the DesignCrowd stating page, so had to pick a "brochure".

Dear designer, the pages should be usable templates and therefore fit any text and pictures. The texts and price tables change according to the client.
