T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have a beach front, Quick Serve restaurant. I currently have a logo that I use on the employee T-shirts but I want to get a single color logo for T-shirts that I can sell to the tourists that come through our place. I feel the current logo that I use on my employee T-shirts is not quite what they would want. I am looking for something that can be done in one color - white but can be changed if necessary depending on color of the shirt. I am not stuck on size, it can be either a small logo to go on the upper chest, a full front or back logo. It does need to include the name of our business in some form or fashion and the name of our town.

I have attached some of the logo's we use for your reference, but the new T-shirt does not have to have that exact look but would want a beach feel if possible.

logos attached:
1. Large full color logo with island that is on our outside wall and menus.
2. Regular logo of our name that is used on most marketing materials and embroidered on our hats in one color.
3. Crab holding the banana - this is on our current employee T-shirts on the left chest about 3" in size.
