Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

My company builds quality, custom, acoustic guitars, hand-crafted in Canada, and I need a logo.

The company name is "Black Sheep Guitar". I'm open to new ideas, but at present, I see the logo containing a ram's head, in some fashion. It needs to be simple - only one or two colors, and I would like to be able to use it as an inlay on the headstock of my guitars, so not too much fine detail, and bolder lines.

I'm including an image of a logo for Black Sheep Brewery, which I quite like, as inspiration for what I'm thinking, as well as the "working logo" I have, which was based on it.

Black should obviously be a big part of the design, as shown in my examples below. I'd like to stick to blacks, grays, and whites.
