We need to re-brand GRES as a parent company as we'd like to add complimentary DBAs under the main site. If that makes sense. Gammer Real Estate Services is a full service real estate company. Main function is commercial land representation and sales. Commercial building sales and representatives. Residential farm/land sales/estates.

Small Business owners who need an office building or land to build property. Corporations/Businesses looking for space in Middle TN. Residential relocations for homes/land/estates. Seller representation for upper end homes. Loyal and trusting clients. I am a single person LLC and want to grow my company. Been in the business for 25 years and owned company for 10 years.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Color, professional, easy recognition, etc.... All the things a logo should do. I'm leaving it in hands of the designers. I currently use lime green, true red and blue on my business cards. Love the blend but I love color and if it pops then that works.

Schön zu haben

• Could have one logo for residential and one for commercial that match but stand for each different industry (if that makes sense). Want a logo that will compliment future real estate divisions.

Sollte nicht haben

• Not sure at this moment. Not too busy and not too simple. Creative.
