Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a brochure layout, either a tri fold or double fold which ever fits the design better. I have listed a little info below concerning the services Miklin Tech provides.

The name of my company is Miklin Technologies, that offers a wide range of services. Services that we offer are (Fiber optic solutions, Audio visual services, voice and date infrastructure, wireless capabilities, and sound system design). We have done work for a wide range of clients ranges from small offices to major retail stores. I would like to create a brochure that helps market my company. Something to hand to my customers on the job therefore they will have a great idea of all the services that we offer. I really like the idea of a roadmap, for example if there was a picture of an office area we could have an arrow pointing to the conference room and say audio visual solutions and give a little blurb about what that exactly means. (short and concise).
