Well the logo concept that he used to win the contest is the exact logo concept I submitted. So I believe that I deserve to be the contest winner. I will be bringing this up with Design Crowd and will be keeping an eye on your company and the marketing material used.

I would be fine with that. I just feel it would be wrong for me to not receive payment for the original concept.

Digital Footprint, if you look at the link posted by dan99, there was a similar design out there so your design was not an original concept.  Therefore, there will be be no additional payment.
