To all designers working on this project: I must apologize for my newness to this process and resulting confusion. A few of you urged me to contact Designcrowd about the acceptability of using the file image I uploaded in my finished design as is. They kindly explained that your concerns were justified. The problem lies not in impropriety in violating legal or ethical standards on your part, but in transferring legal copyright to a public domain image to me once used in your design, which makes perfect sense. So once again I've re-written my brief to reflect that I consider the uploaded image to be ideal, and to take your cue from that preference. Again, sorry for the confusion-it was on my part.
