Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a logo design for a new Care Management Agency that will be providing comprehensive care coordination services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The new entity will employ coordinators who will service members from across a wide geographic region in New York State.
We hope to see a visual, graphic representation of LIFEPlan CCO based on attributes that communicate care, integration and independence. We would like the letters LIFEPlan CCO to be conveyed as an icon that is bright or faded green with faded purple or orange as an accent color. The three attributes in word form should be grey or black below the icon. Please see examples below.
