WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new design for our web site; we are currently using a Drupal and we find that our actual design is getting old. We would like to switch from Drupal to Wordpress, and design a new customize template modern and responsive.

Our website is www.alalucarne.com

We need a complete Wordpress design and template, that will be also responsive for tablet and smartphone. We also need a full template, ready for SEO, customisable so a good idea would the use of a powerfull framework ; like Genesis from Studiopress; or the framework of your choice.
In this first round, we will focus only on design, and not code; so there is no link to have with our database or listing search.. but to keep a place for listing property search..

  The home page must have a place dedicated to a quick search for property listing
  The home page must have a place that is dedicated to photo, 'love at first sight"
  you may find on our site any photo of your choice; there is not a critical number of photo to use but, it will be a good idea to use several photos.
  The search and love at "first sight photos" will be linked to our database in a second project.
  In this first project, we will focus on the look and appearence only
  The home page must have a social network widget (Facebook) like this one:

  We would like to remove the place in our actual website, dedicated to :
