Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a flyer and teaser image designed for a March promotional campaign. We have a previous design that just needs a little refresh.

Flyer: the content of the flyer is mostly the same as the pdf you'll see on this link (http://www.tracecommunications.com/Digest_Pricing.pdf).
Here are the changes: change June to March, change 2011 to 2012, and remove the address of the bottom. I want the color scheme to be consistent with images I attached called "2011 teaser". I need a pdf file.

Teaser Image: the content of the teaser image is the same as "2011 teaser" image I have attached. All that needs to be changed is the month from "June" to "March". I need this to be a .jpg file that's 600x600 pixels.
